1. General Terms

By accessing and using Captain Cooks Casino, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The casino reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your Canadian province) to register and play. Captain Cooks Casino reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses voided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is $5 CAD for the first deposit and $10 CAD thereafter. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-5 business days depending on the payment method. The casino reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms. The welcome bonus wagering is x200 for the first two deposits and x30 for subsequent deposits. Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers may result in account closure.

6. Game Rules

Individual game rules are available within each game. In case of a system malfunction, all bets and payouts from the affected period may be voided. The casino's Random Number Generator determines all game outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Captain Cooks Casino shall not be liable for any losses resulting from system failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Maximum liability is limited to the balance in the player's account.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through the casino's internal complaints procedure first, with escalation to the licensing authority if necessary.
